Hotel Rooms Reservation
All our Special Hotel Rates were negotiated with the hotels on condition that we pay them in advance i.e. before our clients check-in.

Deposit
Once your reservation is confirmed to your satisfaction, a minimal deposit equivalent to 20% will be required to retain, to monitor and to secure your reservation with the hotel or hotels concerned.

Balance Due​
It is our policy to pre-pay your hotel rooms before your arrival. This practice will prevent a lot of misunderstandings when you check in. The due balance payment depends on the hotels and season. On average one or two weeks before arrival is sufficient for us to finalize with the hotels i.e. pay the hotel, issue the Hotel Voucher (note that during the high and peak season, some hotels or resorts may demand pre-payment in full upon confirmation of room reservations weeks prior to arrival). A copy of the Hotel Voucher will be faxed or email to you once payment is cleared.

Golf Packages – for group booking

Deposit
A minimal deposit of 20% is required only after a satisfactory arrangement of Itinerary and Confirmation Invoice. A further 20% is due four weeks before arrival. Booking made and confirmed within 3 weeks before arrival will require a 40% deposit.

Balance Amount Due
The remaining balance amount is due in cash on the day of arrival – before commencement of tour

Cancellation Policy
In the event of any cancellation after the booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation charges shall apply ;

after confirmation

45 days to 1 day before arrival – administrative charge only

before arrival – administrative charge, plus penalties imposed by Hotels, Transport Companies & Others

Refund Policy
No refund is available for cancellation after the tour has commenced or in respect of any activities, accommodation, meals or other services not utilized.

Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport and visa (if required) to Thailand.

Insurance
Clients are advised to undertake a Holiday Insurance from their country of residence before making the trip.

Complaints
If during the course of the holiday the client has any reason for complaint or dissatisfaction he/she must contact the supplier of the service concerned and CUEGOLF.COM representative to ensure that immediate remedial action may be taken by us.

Liability
CUEGOLF.COM acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators, tourist offices and all other contractors providing the services and as such is not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the clients. Participation in our program implies the tourists agreement to the above conditions
